You will need
- Download our stencils here (recommended)
- Scissors (if using the stencil)
- Chopping board
- Sharp knife
- Strawberry laces
- Small chocolate balls for decoration
- Small chocolate star (for Christmas tree)
- Mint Viennetta Fudge (for Christmas tree)
- White chocolate fudge (for Snowman)
Step 1
Place your fudge on a chopping board and with a sharp knife gently score your desired shape into the fudge. If you are making the tree, place the chocolate side face down on the chopping board.
Pro-tip – If you have a printer, we recommend downloading our stencil, cutting it out and using it to guide you as you score the shape into the fudge.
Step 2
Once you are happy with the shape you have scored into the fudge, cut through the fudge to create your desired shape.
Optional Step – but recommended
We’d highly recommend taking a break and enjoying the excess bits of fudge you’ve just cut off your Christmas tree or snowman.
Step 3
You will now want to decorate your Christmas tree and snowman. First, measure out the length of the strawberry laces you will need for either your tinsel for the Christmas tree or scarf for the snowman and then gently place them on top of the fudge.
Step 4
Gently place the small chocolate balls to make a face and buttons for the snowman or as baubles for the Christmas tree and of course the star at the top of the tree.
Step 5
Once you’re happy with the placement of your decorations, gently push the decoration into the fudge so that it stays in place.
That’s it! You’ve made your very own fudge Christmas tree and snowman.
