T&Cs: National Fudge Day Competition 2022
Terms and conditions apply. Entrants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK. To enter the competition, entrants must comment what their dream fudge is in the comments section of the National Fudge Day competition post on The Ochil Fudge Pantry’s Facebook or Instagram page. The competition starts on Thursday 16 June 2022 at 11:30 BST and ends on Sunday 19 June 2022 at 23:59 BST. The prize is 1 x £25 online gift voucher to be redeemed on The Ochil Fudge Pantry website. The prize is as stated and no cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner. The prize is also non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner will be selected at random and will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page on Monday 20 June 2022 at 13:00 BST. The winner will be contacted by The Ochil Fudge Pantry’s Facebook or Instagram account to arrange the delivery of the prize.
Completion of the entry procedure is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be rejected and any late, incomplete, indecipherable, or incorrect Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by The Ochil Fudge Pantry and not at the time of transmission. The Ochil Fudge Pantry reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who they have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
