Easter Competition - Terms and Conditions
Entrants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK. To enter the competition, entrants must guess the number of Ochil Fudge Gift Cubes in the image and comment the answer on The Ochil Fudge Pantry’s Facebook or Instagram competition post. The competition starts on Monday 28 March 2022 and ends on Sunday 17 April 2022. The prize is 1 x Gift Cube Bundle (valued at £20) that includes 1 x Just Plain Fudge Gift Cube, 1 x Scottish Tablet Gift Cube, 1 x Salted Caramel Fudge Gift Cube and 1 x 12 Year Old Deanston Whisky Fudge Gift Cube. The prize is as stated and no cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner. The prize is also non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winners will be selected at random and will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page on Monday 18 April. The winner will be contacted by The Ochil Fudge Pantry’s Facebook or Instagram account to arrange the delivery of the prize.
Completion of the entry procedure is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be rejected and any late, incomplete, indecipherable or incorrect Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by The Ochil Fudge Pantry and not at the time of transmission. The Ochil Fudge Pantry reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who they has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
